Greenville Wedding Photographer : Engagement : Kari and Bill
Thursday, June 2, 2011
Often after meeting with a couple for the first time, I find myself going back over things I said or did during the time we were chatting. More often than not, this time of reflection ends with me shaking a finger at myself sternly and saying, "Never say that again!". It's never so much an issue of appropriateness as it is that in the heat of the moment, I think these potential new friends want to know about that time I bumped into Harrison Ford at Disney World. Or that I like to wander randomly into the background when I see a news crew. Or that I'm slightly afraid I might be raising my dog to grow up like Veruca Salt. All very true, but seriously...LOOK AT HOW COOL I AM. So imagine my delight when Kari and Bill not only didn't run screaming away from me, but also had awesome stories of their own. I may have found my "too school for cool" soul mates...
We started out at Cleveland Park, with their little man Rocco along for a few family portraits.

Kari, you could not be any prettier if you tried!

I actually fell while attempting to demonstrate the most graceful way to sit in a skirt. Thankfully, Kari has far more coordination than I do. :-)

Thanks so much guys...I cannot wait for your wedding next May!
